At Lolli Swann, we’re committed to getting your soft, breathable bamboo essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders are shipped from our home-based fulfillment location once processing is complete.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. At this time, we do not offer a free shipping threshold.
Shipping Area & Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lolli Swann, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Lolli Swann, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
